I took five of them and used the Ott-Lite Plant Growth Lamp to help them flourish. The other five had the typical translucent light working in their favor. I used the same nutrients and routine on all of my plants, spending equal amounts of time on each of them. The results were almost shocking. Sitting at the same desk day after day can be boring. Sometimes it’s hard to stay motivated. At the end of each week day I used to leave my desk and see mounds of work accumulated. I decided I needed to attempt to create a new surrounding for myself. I did a few things to help reduce my stress at work and increase my energy levels. First I got organized. Painting is one of my favorite ways to pass time. I’m really into oil painting right now and found it difficult to see my paints, photographs I was imitating and even details on my own canvas.
