Ott-Lite Lisbon Art Lamp
January 5, 2009
This year’s art show brought in more questions, compliments and purcheses than any previous show. People kept showing up and instead of going home around 10pm, I finally had to ask people to leave after midnight. I like to think I’m a great artist but my style and interest in landscapes for painting hasn’t really changed much over this last year. I’m contributing my success to the Lisbon Art Lamp. The petite lamp is finished in a professional brass and looks great hanging above each painting. I was nervous about ruining my painting despite the positive things I heard about this lamp. I tested it before the show on a couple pieces I wouldn’t terribly miss. Not only did the light not cause any damages, but it brought out the detail in colors. Seriously, the colors were dramatically enhanced. I decided to hang the lamp in my craft room so I could complete all of my unfinished paintings beneath it. It doesn’t produce heat so my paintings are safe and I never feel over heated painting under it for long hours. The details in my work are so much clearer so I’ve found I make fewer mistakes. The 10watt replacement tube is easy to install and can be found at thelitesource.com along with other great lamps and accessories for crafting.
